ARC PARKING

ARC PARKING – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Arc Parking (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By booking with us or using our services, whether directly or through a third-party provider, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are intended to comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing within these Terms affects your legal consumer rights.

2. Nature of the Service

Arc Parking offers affordable airport parking services as an alternative to higher-cost on-airport parking options.

To maintain competitive pricing, certain operational procedures are necessary. These procedures form part of our service and are explained throughout these Terms. Customers should review the Terms carefully before booking to ensure the service is suitable for their needs.

3. Bookings and Payment

A booking is considered confirmed only after a valid booking reference has been issued.

Full payment must be received before the parking period begins.

Additional Charges:

  • Late arrival: £20 per day
  • Early return: £20 per occurrence
  • Overstay beyond the booked period: charged at the applicable daily rate
  • Vehicle return outside standard operating hours (04:00–23:59): £30

These charges cover additional staffing and operational costs.

4. Cancellations and Amendments

Direct Bookings

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking start time may incur a £15 administration fee
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable
  • Failure to attend (“no-show”) bookings are non-refundable

Third-Party Bookings

If your booking was made through a third-party website or booking agent, cancellation and refund policies are controlled by that provider. Customers should refer directly to the terms accepted at the time of booking.

5. Third-Party Booking Platforms

Where bookings are made through third-party websites or agents, Arc Parking is responsible solely for delivering the parking service itself.

Any matters relating to advertised pricing, promotional content, cancellation policies, or booking information displayed by the third party remain the responsibility of that provider.

Where required, Arc Parking may use approved operational partners to assist in delivering the service.

6. Airport Charges

Arc Parking provides complimentary shuttle transfers to and from Heathrow Airport terminals.

Please note that Heathrow Airport operates its own terminal drop-off charging system for vehicles entering terminal drop-off areas. These charges are controlled by Heathrow Airport and are not included within our parking fees.

Customers remain responsible for paying any applicable airport access or drop-off charges. Information regarding these charges is provided during the booking process and/or within booking confirmations.

7. Vehicle Handling and Parking Locations

Vehicles may be parked at various locations used by Arc Parking as part of normal operations.

For operational and logistical reasons, vehicles may be moved between different parking facilities during the booking period.

Parking locations and site facilities may differ, and we do not guarantee that every parking location offers identical features or conditions.

Arc Parking cannot guarantee that a vehicle will remain at the same location throughout the duration of the booking.

8. Vehicle Condition and Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that their vehicle is:

  • Roadworthy
  • Legally compliant, including valid MOT, road tax, and insurance

Customers are also strongly advised to:

  • Remove all valuables from the vehicle
  • Take clear photographs of the vehicle before drop-off and after collection
  • Inspect the vehicle carefully upon return

Arc Parking reserves the right to refuse service for vehicles considered unsafe, unroadworthy, or not legally compliant.

9. Damage, Loss and Liability

All vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk except where loss or damage is proven to have been directly caused by negligence while the vehicle was under the control of Arc Parking staff.

Arc Parking accepts no responsibility for:

  • Mechanical or electrical faults
  • Structural defects or pre-existing damage
  • Wear and tear or minor marks consistent with normal vehicle use
  • Damage caused by severe weather, vandalism, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle

Where liability is accepted for damage proven to have resulted from our negligence, liability will be limited to a maximum of £750 per incident, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle remains fully insured during the parking period.

10. Reporting Damage

Any concerns regarding vehicle condition or damage should be reported as soon as reasonably possible, preferably before leaving the site.

Prompt reporting helps us carry out a fair investigation. Claims submitted after departure may be declined if we are unable to reasonably verify that the issue occurred while the vehicle was in our care.

Customers may be asked to provide supporting evidence, including photographs where available.

11. Repairs and Excess

Where Arc Parking accepts responsibility for proven damage:

  • Repairs must be completed through a repairer approved by Arc Parking
  • Customers must not arrange repairs without prior written consent
  • A customer excess of £750 per incident is payable before repairs are authorised

Arc Parking does not communicate directly with insurers, solicitors, or claims management companies regarding customer claims.

Any repair work arranged without prior approval may not be reimbursed.

12. Shuttle Transfers

Shuttle transfer vehicles can accommodate a maximum of 8 passengers per journey.

Bookings involving more than 8 passengers may require additional arrangements, additional charges, or customers arranging their own transportation.

Customers are advised to allow adequate time for airport transfers and check-in procedures.

13. ULEZ and Road-Use Charges

The London Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) applies throughout Greater London, including Heathrow Airport.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle complies with ULEZ requirements and any other road-use or access charging schemes.

As vehicles may be moved during the parking period, customers are strongly encouraged to ensure any required payment arrangements, including Auto Pay systems, are active where applicable.

Arc Parking accepts no responsibility for fines, penalties, or charges resulting from non-compliance with emission or road-use regulations.

14. Items Left in Vehicles

Any items left inside the vehicle remain entirely at the owner’s risk.

Arc Parking accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left within vehicles.

15. Safety and Conduct

Customers must follow all on-site instructions, signage, and reasonable safety guidance provided by Arc Parking staff.

Arc Parking will not be responsible for incidents or losses arising from failure to comply with reasonable instructions or safety procedures.

16. Events Beyond Our Control

Arc Parking shall not be liable for delays, service disruption, damage, or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Traffic disruption
  • Industrial action or strikes
  • Emergencies or unforeseen operational events

17. Changes to These Terms

Arc Parking reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any revised Terms will apply only to bookings made after the updated version has been published on our website.

The Terms and Conditions in force at the time of booking will apply to that booking.
